Upload a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Items already in your catalog have their prices updated; anything new is added. Nothing is duplicated, so you can re-import whenever Restaurant Depot changes prices.

Pick as many photos as you like at once. Each one is matched to a catalog item by its file name — name a picture Sugar 50 lb.jpg and it finds Sugar 50 lb on its own. Anything it cannot be sure about is left for you to point at below. Nothing is uploaded until you press the button.

Passwords are stored encrypted, so nobody — not even you — can read someone's existing password. To set a new one:

1. Open your Supabase dashboard → Authentication → Users
2. Find this login address and choose Reset password
3. Send them the new password yourself — by phone or in person, not by email
